Cody Poe is an of counsel attorney, serving clients in Alabama, New Hampshire, and Connecticut. He is a graduate of Faulkner University’s Jones School of Law.   Cody is a litigator at heart and has also worked as a trial attorney for Greene & Phillips, LLC.  He had the pleasure of representing clients for cases involving auto accidents, personal injury claims and Workers’ Compensation.  He formerly served as Assistant District Attorney for the Mobile County District Attorney’s office where he successfully tried numerous jury and bench trials for crimes ranging from DUI to homicide.

He enjoys reading, playing golf, and going to the beach. He and his wife, Halle, have three children and reside in Mobile, Alabama.
