NLLG Future Lawyer Scholarship & Internship
NLLG provides an annual scholarship to two Langston University students who are interested in becoming lawyers. The scholarship helps fund tuition for the students and includes a paid internship at NLLG. Applicants should apply through Langston University. Read more about the scholarship here.
About Langston University
Founded in 1897 as a land grant institution, Langston University is the only Historically Black College/ University (HBCU) in the state of Oklahoma. Langston (LU) has both a rural and urban mandated mission with campuses in Langston, Oklahoma City, and Tulsa. The mission is to provide quality post-secondary education to the diverse learners of Langston, ultimately leading to professional competence and degree completion.
NLLG Supports Alzheimer’s Awareness
Alzheimer’s disease is the sixth-leading cause of death in the United States (Alzheimer’s Facts and Figures Report – www.alz.org/facts). NLLG is proud to do its part to increase awareness and raise funds for the Alzheimer’s Association.
Our NLLG team participates in the annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
OKC Job Creation
NLLG continues to grow its workforce and invest in Oklahoma City. As a sign of its commitment to the community, NLLG has entered into an economic development agreement with the City of Oklahoma City to expand the number of employees at its headquarters and revitalize its office space located within the urban core of Oklahoma City. Click here to read the article on News OK. At the time of the agreement in 2016, NLLG had 77 employees and the number of employees has now increased to over 200.
NLLG continues to hire employees in OKC, as well as other states across the U.S.
