Curtis W. Molloy

Position: Associate Attorney

Curtis W. Molloy is an associate attorney at National Litigation Law Group, where he represents individuals and businesses in breach of contract and debt matters.  Curt graduated from the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis where he was the Executive Articles Editor for the Washington University Law Quarterly.  He received his M.A. in Communication Arts from Regent University, where he was selected by the faculty to produce a student film.  He received his B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Oklahoma, where he spent several semesters on the Dean’s Honor Roll.

Curt has over twenty years of experience in transactional and litigation matters representing clients in state and federal courts. He has represented privately-owned and public companies, as well as government agencies, in a broad range of practice areas, including employment law, commercial litigation, business litigation, environmental litigation and tort defense. He has substantial experience in real estate negotiation and litigation, gaming and construction law matters.

Curt enjoys travel, golf, reading, live music and the sports that matter – OU football and basketball, Oklahoma City Thunder basketball and sometimes Dallas Cowboys football.
