Shane Wilson

Position: Director of Advanced Negotiations

Shane Wilson is the Director of Advanced Negotiations at National Litigation Law Group.  What Shane likes the most about his job is learning something new and having the ability to not only be taught the business by his team, but also to help guide them on further improvements they can make, based off of his years’ of experience.  He’s met a lot of great people, and it’s been a pleasure working with the NLLG Team.    Shane has been in the call center industry for more than 20 years, starting on the front lines and moving his way up over time.  He has worked in numerous industries, which has given him a unique viewpoint on customer service in general.  Shane is committed to providing quality customer service and he has high professional standards.  In order to get the best results, Shane is also a believer that it’s critical to not only take care of your external customers, but also your internal customers (direct employees and peers from other internal organizations).  Lastly, as business needs change, Shane is focused on ways to streamline processes and to ensure good change control processes are in place to help adaptability of changes as they occur.

When Shane is not working, he enjoys watching movies of all kinds, is an avid Thunder Basketball fan, travels to locations both near and far experiencing the various cultures of our world, volunteers assistance to those in need, and plays softball and pool.
