Charmaine Thomas-Johnson is an associate attorney at National Litigation Law Group, representing clients in Louisiana.  Mrs Thomas-Johnson’s practice is in a wide array of areas including family law, estate planning, succession, debt relief including Chapter 7 and 13 consumer bankruptcies, counsel for small corporations, personal injury, housing and regulatory matters, including government-funded agencies and mortgage companies, and formation of 501(c)(3) nonprofits.  Mrs. Thomas-Johnson has represented both individuals and corporations in the formation of LLCs, negotiated contracts for local businesses, as well as negotiated and resolved contract disputes.
