Jessica I. Most serves as an associate attorney for National Litigation Law Group and is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida. Ms. Most graduated Cum Laude from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree in 2005 from St. Thomas University School of Law, where she served as Articles Editor for the Law Review, was a member of the Moot Court Board, and placed second in Harvard Law School’s National Closing Argument Competition. During her time as a practicing attorney, Ms. Most has dedicated herself to the practice of consumer rights law and creditors’ remedies. Prior to joining NLLG, Ms. Most served Of Counsel for several large consumer defense firms. Additionally, she previously owned and operated a successful high-volume collection firm located in South Florida, acted as Managing Attorney for a well-known collection firm, and served as Lead Attorney for a high-volume foreclosure firm. Ms. Most has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, including post-judgment proceedings. Her in-depth knowledge of the collection industry provides invaluable insight into the practices, strategies and weaknesses of creditors, collection agencies and collection firms. Moreover, as a former Certified Mediator, and having represented clients in countless mediations, Ms. Most is extremely skilled in the art of negotiating debts, resolving conflicts and drafting comprehensive settlement agreements.
