Mark S. Grossman

Position: Chief Executive Officer & Director of Commercial Litigation

Mark Grossman joined National Litigation Law Group as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Commercial Litigation in December 2018. Mark has over thirty-six years’ experience as a commercial litigator. He has handled complex commercial litigation matters involving securities, lending, energy, real estate transactions, business torts, insurance, antitrust claims, construction projects, software licensing, defamation, and officer and director liability. He has taken these cases from the conception of claims and defenses, through preliminary hearings and trial, to the completion of appeals, in both state and federal courts. For many years, Mark has represented the Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association, supervising investigations, hearings and appeals before the association, defending the association in temporary injunction hearings in courts across the state, and handling expedited appeals to the State Supreme Court. He also has helped the association in developing administrative rules and policies aimed at minimizing disputes and litigation. Mark has assisted clients in investigations and proceedings before state administrative agencies involving procurement and construction contracts, defended against class action complaints, and pursued suits challenging the constitutionality of state laws on taxes, education and water resources use. He consciously has sought a highly varied practice, to develop the ability to represent clients effectively and efficiently in all types of proceedings.  Mark is an AV-rated attorney by the Martindale-Hubbell Lawyer Directory, has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America® for his work in commercial litigation and appellate practice in Oklahoma since 2008, and has been listed in Super Lawyers in general litigation in Oklahoma from 2016 through 2019.
