Stephen Ferlmann

Position: Associate Attorney

Stephen C. Ferlmann is an associate attorney at National Litigation Law Group.  Steve has over thirty years of litigation experience as a creditor’s rights and collections attorney that he utilizes for the benefit of NLLG clients.  In 2004, he established the Ferlmann Law Firm where he represented banks, credit unions, and other creditors throughout California, in state and bankruptcy courts.  In 2008, the U.S. Department of Justice appointed Steve to serve as a United States Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee for the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California. In 2020, Steve closed the Ferlmann Law Firm and relocated to Arizona. He now represents NLLG clients in Arizona, California, and Illinois.

Steve and wife Sally have been blessed with four children, and all live in the Phoenix, Arizona area.  Besides spending time with his family, Steve enjoys golf, supporting his son John, the starting long snapper for The Ohio State University, and helping his wife Sally raise service dogs for Canine Companions.
