Stephen C. Ferlmann is an associate attorney at National Litigation Law Group. He comes to NLLG with over 30 years of litigation experience as a creditor’s rights and collections attorney. In 2004, he established the Ferlmann Law Firm where he represented banks, credit unions, and other creditors throughout California, in state and bankruptcy courts. In 2008, the U.S. Department of Justice appointed Steve to serve as a United States Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee for the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California. In 2020, Steve closed the Ferlmann Law Firm and relocated to Arizona.
Steve and wife Sally have been blessed with four children, and all live in the Phoenix, Arizona area. Besides spending time with his family, Steve enjoys golf, helping coach his son John, a nationally ranked long snapper recruited and playing for the ASU Sun Devils, and helping his wife Sally raise service dogs for Canine Companions.
